Do the cards include an envelope?

Yes. Each card comes with its own quality matching envelope included in the price.

How are the cards made?

Each card is individually handmade with the utmost of care, using a variety of top quality materials to produce beautiful, individual designs. Materials include paper and fabric flowers, ribbons, metallic and mulberry papers and glittery beads etc… Each card has been carefully designed to create the perfect image for your special day.

Can a card be made up in my wedding colours?

Yes. All of our stationery can be adapted to suit the colour scheme or theme of your wedding. If you have not yet decided what this will be, we offer a friendly one to one service to help you with ideas so your wedding is perfectly coordinated.

Do you provide printed inserts?

Yes. We provide a printed insert free of charge for all wedding stationery. The inserts are printed on good quality paper.

What happens if I run out of stationery after I have received my order?

This will not cause us a problem. Your details will be kept on file until six weeks after your wedding date making it easy to order more stationery. Please note that I only collect your data to process your order. No information will be passed onto third parties.

When should I send out my Wedding Invitations?

It is recommended that you send out your invitations 2-3 months before your wedding date.

How do I order a wedding invitation sample?

We do NOT mass produce our cards. Each one is individually made by hand.  If you require a sample they are at the cost on the price page depending on the design required.  Please send a cheque for the correct amount with your request (made payable to Shelena Blatch).

When do I pay for my wedding order?

Always Hart’s require a 50% non refundable deposit to be made with the order. Once you have placed an order we will send confirmation and a delivery date. The final balance, including any changes you make to quantities, is required when the stationery is ready for dispatch.

How long will it take to complete my wedding stationery order?

We aim to complete your order within 8 weeks of receiving your completed order form ( as long as you have all the information at that time) and deposit cheque.  This may vary depending on current work load.  Stationery items that are not required until your wedding day i.e. Order of Service and Thank you cards may be sent nearer the time.  If you require your stationery sooner, then please contact us and we may be able to reach a compromise in timing.  If you do not wish to receive them within 8 weeks but at a date nearer to your wedding, please confirm the delivery date required on the order form.

How much is Postage and Packaging?

Orders are sent by recorded delivery and the cost of delivery will be added to the final invoice.

What happens if I have to cancel my wedding order?

In the event of cancellation, all work in progress must be paid for in full.

What if I have to make amendments to my order? 

We will strive to make any amendments you may have. But please understand that we cannot make any changes once printing has commenced. You will be asked to check your proofs and provide signed confirmation before we proceed with printing. Additional costs may be incurred if amendments are requested and these extra costs will be invoiced before proceeding.

Do you have a catalogue?


I do not have a catalogue as I am constantly adding new cards to my range, so a catalogue would soon go out of date. This website is kept up to date with my latest stock.
